Boudreau Parole

A woman convicted of killing her 12-year-old daughter and sentenced to life in prison has been granted day parole for six months. In 2008, Penny Boudreau killed her daughter, Karissa and claimed she had run away from an argument at a grocery store in Bridgewater. Two weeks later, Karissa’s body was found on the banks of the LaHave River. She has several conditions to follow while on day parole, including staying in a halfway house and not having contact with some family members. She also has to report any contact with men to her parole officer. Boudreau will be up for full parole after serving 20 years of her sentence.
