A Lunenburg Progressive Conservative constituency campaign manager has resigned. A complaint made against him by the Liberals to the election agency prompted Peter Zwicker to resign Tuesday morning.
It is alleged that while at a meet and greet at the local Tim Hortons with candidate Susan Corkum-Greek, the staff gave out $51.75 worth of $2.07 gift cards, or exactly the value of a medium coffee, in 15 minutes.
Zwicker says Corkum-Greek was unaware and he says he is incredibly sorry. Elections Nova Scotia says they are investigating.
