Edwin Theriault, the founder of Frenchy’s thrift stores has died. The first store opened in 1971 in Nova Scotia and his formula of selling quality used clothes at unbeatable prices led to an expansion of franchises across the Maritimes. He died on June 28th in Church Point at the age of 94.
