Lunenburg town council is considering a proposed Affordable Housing Grant Program to increase the supply of long-term affordable rental units. If it is approved, it would provide financial incentives to support the creation and preservation of affordable housing units through new construction, accessory dwelling units, and the conversion or rehabilitation of existing buildings. Council will next discuss the program at its July 14th meeting.
