Lunenburg and much of the Maritimes are under a heat warning. Environment Canada has the county under a yellow heat warning. The temperature will reach 30 on Thursday with the humidex at 39. The heat will continue into Friday, with temperatures reaching 32 and a humidex making it feel like 40. Saturday is also expected to be hot before the temperatures cool off on Sunday.
