A Mahone Bay man faces impaired charges after being stopped for speeding on Highway 103. He was stopped near Upper Tantallon after he was clocked going 149 kilometres an hour. The officer felt the driver was showing signs of being impaired and did a roadside screening for alcohol. That registered a fail, so the 26-year-old was arrested and charged with impaired driving. He has a future court date.
