The Town of Mahone Bay is extending its two year EV Charging Pilot Program for an extra year. Residents who participate can receive a $25.00 monthly credit on your electricity bill by just supplying your charging data each month to the town. The collected data will be analyzed to determine when residents most regularly charge their vehicles. This information will be used to create a time-of-use rate structure with the goal of incentivizing resident EV owners to charge their vehicles during off-peak hours.
