Two killer whales may have a new home at a whale sanctuary in Wine Harbour. The group behind the sanctuary says the government of France will work with them on a strategy. The Whale Sanctuary Project says the marine park in France closed a year ago stranding the whales. Originally, the government of France refused to send the orcas to Nova Scotia saying the sanctuary wouldn’t be ready in time, but has since said it will work with the group.
